I am Xochi Anderson (Xochila), a multidisciplinary artist and designer based out of central Illinois. I graduated from Western Illinois University in 2022 with a degree in Graphic Design. I am very passionate about the environment and finding new ways to express my creativity in a sustainable manner. My interest in pursuing art in a sustainable manner is what ultimately led me to graphic design, the ability to create with less toxic materials and a lower carbon footprint was very appealing to me. Most of the work I do currently is digitally based design work, but I also work with various other mediums to create including drawing, ceramics, and painting. I especially enjoy creating using recycled or repurposed materials.
